Terms and Conditions – Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 – United Kingdom and other applicable laws.

For your convenience we will pass some prefilled categories to our external internet bank merchant, to save you having to type twice these include:

  • A summary of your order and total amount
  • Your full name
  • Your billing address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address

Refund Policy

If your flowers should arrive in less-than-perfect condition, or have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving them and we will replace them as soon as possible. Where it is innapropriate or not possible to offer a replacement, we may offer a full refund.

We will not be able to offer a refund where conditions are outside our control. This would normally be in circumstances where:

  • We received the wrong delivery address
  • Recipient refuses to accept the delivery
  • We are unable to deliver because of the main building’s policy be it an office, hospital, etc

We cover any postcode within Greater London.

Prices may vary according to distance. Free delivery for postcodes: SW1, SW3, SW7 & W8; and areas: Belgravia, Chelsea, Earls Court, Fulham, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Olympia, Victoria.

Please note we do not delivery during Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year.

Payment Problems

Our website uses a secure and well-known third party provider, PayPal. If for any reason your card payment fails to clear we will contact you as soon as we can.

Flower availability and substitution

All floral products are subject to availability. Should we not have the exact flowers and foliages in stock at the time, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage to the equivalent value and best match.

Damaged Bouquets

If the recipient received damaged flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement delivery
  • Or a full refund
